Why We Matter

Math, Chemistry, and Physics are nearly universally considered the most difficult subjects in high school, both to learn and to teach.​

Homeschoolers are hit the hardest by this. Few homeschool co-ops and curricula advance beyond Pre-Algebra and basic Chemistry (We can't find other homeschool teachers in Utah who go beyond Pre-Algebra) forcing homeschool students to enter public school, attempt to teach themselves, or forsake Math and Science altogether.

That is the very reason these classes matter. Math and Science are wonderfully powerful tools, and a gateway to understanding in advanced, niche, and valuable work, as well as being imperative for those who wish to pursue higher education.

 

Our classes complete the homeschool experience for teens, and fill this important need. We make homeschooling work for countless parents and students who would otherwise have to leave it behind for an institutional school.
